HYBRID HEROES

Titan Hybrid Heroes is an Annual Functional Fitness Competition combining Functional Strength & Cardiovascular Endurance. This event features different categories to accommodates all levels of Fitness

 

STRUCTURE:

​

Titan Hybrid Heroes consists out of 10 Exercises with 500m Running in between each Exercise.

​

In 2022 we will be hosting the Hybrid event in four regions in winter. The top 5 males and top 5 females (along with top 3 Male & Female Teams) of each region will then be invited to the National Championship which will be hosted at the end of the year. The National Championship will be hosted in the Top performing region. All logistics and timing will be handled by Titan.

 

Levels: Elite Men & Women | Open Men & Women | 40+ Men & Women | U/18 Male & Female

 

Prizes: Provincial Podiums -> Prizes | National Podiums -> Cash + Prizes
